HOT ASPHALT CAN BE MOPPED ONTO FAST FELT® UNDERLAYMENT

After subjecting the FAST FELT® tabs to 30 seconds of continuous vigorous mopping with a cotton Hot Mop fully saturated with either Type III (at a 475° F beginning operating temperature) or Type IV (at a 500° F beginning operating temperature) asphalt, FAST FELT® tabs revealed no visual distortion and resulted in rupture (pull-over) performance values which compared favorably to the average Base Sheet Pull-Through Resistance Data reported for the FAST FELT® specimens by the independent Florida Registered Professional Engineer.
